Since October 31, 1996

Two people.
Thirty years of building
something
small on purpose.

They met before "online" was a thing. Built a company before the dot-com bubble. And never stopped.

It started with a conversation

In 1994, a Portuguese journalist living in Lisbon met an American woman from Dallas. Two years later, they started a web hosting company. The internet was young. So were they.

1996
RogerLe.com is born — October 31. A web hosting company built from a shared vision and a dial-up connection. One of the oldest still running.
1996 – 2019
Building in America — Roger trades journalism for technology. Years in the corporate world, but RogerLe never stops. Every server, every domain, every client — personal.
2019
Return to Portugal — After decades in America, Roger and Le move to Caldas da Rainha. A new chapter begins.
2024
The road calls — A Benimar T463 motorhome, a toy poodle named Jolie, and all of Europe ahead. Roger and Le hit the road full-time.
2026
The Crew arrives — Claude AI joins as the first crew member. Then another. And another. 28 and counting. Each one is Awesome.

Home is wherever
we park tonight

Roger and Le travel full-time across Europe in their motorhome with Jolie. They manage servers from campgrounds, deploy code from rest areas, and prove every day that you don't need an office to build something real.

We don't chase ARR or user counts. We build things right, version by version, with Le's approval seal as the final word. If it's not "Que chique!", it doesn't ship.We don't chase ARR or user counts.
